Please note the following guidelines and rules:
Booking a class – To sign up for a class just click booking and cost tab at the top of the page. The mind body booking system will guide you through setting up your account and booking and paying for your class/classes. First time uses of the studio can avail of a special one off €10 introductory class. Once your account is set up you have the freedom to book and manage your classes to best suit you.
Which class should you choose – I would recommend that first time users of the studio start with introduction to mat or Reformer classes. You will learn the basics essential to getting the very most out of your Pilates practice. Once we see you in action and discuss your needs in a little more detail we can decide what would be best for you.
Wait List – There is an option to be put on a wait list if the particular class you want is full. If someone cancels the system will automatically put you in their place and you will receive an email to confirm that you’ve been added to the class. If you no longer wish to go to the class you just need to cancel on line
Personal training – Private classes are recommended if you are completely new to Pilates or are finding breathing, neutral pelvis, spinal alignment etc difficult or if injured, post natal, or feeling a little nervous about joining a class. Some people choose to stay in personal training for different reasons and that’s fine it’s what works best for you.
What to bring – Here at Anne Sexton Pilates we provide mats, props etc. If you wish you can bring a towel and water.
What to wear – Comfortable loose clothing i.e. leggings, dance trousers, track suit bottoms. No zips, studs, buttons or jewellery etc. can be very uncomfortable for you and damaging to the equipment. You can do the classes in your socks or barefoot.
Phones – When you arrive at the studio please ensure that your phone is turned off so as not to disturb concentration and the flow of the class.
Cancellation Policy – If you would like to cancel your group class you can do so up to 12 hours before your class starts. If you cancel after this you will be charged a late cancellation fee as if you attended. If you would like to cancel a personal training session we require 24 hours notice, any cancellations after that time will be charged a late cancellation fee as if you attended.
Returns Policy – All class passes are valid for 1 year from the first day of use. Any classes not used within this time will be lost. There are no refunds or transfers offered.Booking and Cost
