Nikki O’Neill has been working within the fitness industry for many years. She qualified from the National Training Centre in Health, Fitness & Exercise Studies. Once she qualified she began working for Westwood Club teaching a variety of classes, Spinning, Body Pump, Kettlebells, TRX, Boxercise, HIIT , Gravity Pilates, Functional Training , Bootcamps and many more. She than began Personal Training and soon built up a strong business both inside of the gym and outside. Nikki trained people from many different backgrounds and also ran fat loss programmes. During this time Nikki found her love of Pilates and decided to train with STOTT.Nikki absolutely loves teaching Pilates and once trained she began working for Yoga Dublin again for many years. Nikki also set up her own business “My Fitness ” whilst working for Westwood and Yoga Dublin. She set up hugely popular women’s only Bootcamps and also taught Pilates for a number of places and companies such as Bank of Ireland, AIB, Vodafone, Investec, GSK, Raw Gyms, MS Ireland to name but a few. In 2014 She opened her own Personal Training and Fitness Studio for women.She concentrated on Women’s Fitness, Weight-loss Programmes, Bootcamps & Pilates along with training Pregnancy & Post Pregnancy clients. Nikki took a years break after having two babies. On her break she set up a successful Pregnancy & Post Pregnancy Fitness Blog , The Fit Mummy Club. Now Nikki is back doing what she loves best teaching Pilates , Fitness and Keeping women educated through pregnancy & beyond.
