I keep getting asked what is “”Barre”?, Well This Saturday at 10am, we are offering you the chance to come in and try out our Pilates style Barre. Lina and Debbie will be on hand to host this class, 30 minutes of fun and hard work. You will sample the different types of Barre that we offer here at Anne Sexton Pilates eg: cardio barre, sculpt and burn barre, and of course a little bit of “bring out your inner ballerina”. Be prepared to sweat but most of all have a blast!
